Located adjacent to DC in Northern VA, Arlington is home to both professionals and families looking for a little more space to roam while still enjoying all of the urban conveniences and a quick commute to the city. It has just about everything as cosmopolitan as the big city, but offers a unique vibe all its own. Parts of Arlington are tree-lined and suburban while other parts are home to luxurious high rises, trendy coffee shops, and retail shopping. The neighborhoods of Clarendon, Ballston, and Court House are commercial hubs and are especially popular with young professionals.

Westover and Cherrydale offer a small town yet suburban feel, and both areas are home to many locally owned businesses and retailers and 98% of residents can walk to a park in 10 minutes or less. On weekends the micro neighborhoods are typically bustling with folks out picking up their fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs at the farmers markets, or relaxing with friends and family at a local brewery or eatery.

Commercial Hub

Arlington’s newest addition is the impressive complex at Ballston Quarter, where the Capital’s team trains, young professionals unwind at one stop shop Punch Bowl Social, and people shop at local boutique retailers like Gossip Boutique. Down the road Crystal City and National Landing (the future home of the Amazon HQ2) are rapidly changing, and host tons of indoor and outdoor options like Earth Treks, the area’s largest rock climbing gym. Super mall, The Fashion Centre at Pentagon City, is right next door, and has several floors of popular retailers.
