Shelly is a licensed Realtor® in Washington, DC and Maryland, and brings years of residential development experience to the team. Prior to joining Fulcrum, Shelly worked with prominent DC developers including Menkiti Group, Forest City and Capital City Real Estate. As the Team Lead for Fulcrum's Capitol Hill Office, she trains and motivates agents to help them unleash their potential. Shelly is a lead listing and buyer agent specializing in the DC market. One of Shelly's hobbies is renovating houses, so she shares her working knowledge of acquiring properties, managing renovation projects, optimizing design and investing with her clients. Having lived in several states, she has called Northeast DC home since 2011 and now resides in Brookland. Shelly relishes acting as CFO (Chief Family Officer) to her 2 daughters, husband and rescue dog, Simone. She's a bit of a health nut, active with DC Schools, and is passionate about helping people navigate the home-buying and selling processes.
