Dominique began her real estate career in 2001, working for a Top 10 national home builder. From there she moved into the residential sales market, helping individual buyers and sellers. Her success as an agent led her to be a member of her brokerage's Associate Leadership Council for four years. When it was time for personal growth, Dominique served as the original Productivity Coach for Keller Williams Metro Center's Alexandria office, where she coached and consulted hundreds of agents on how to launch and grow their businesses.  Her success as a coach brought her into the Team Leader role at KW Metro Center's Tysons/Vienna office. In 2018, Dominique longed for a return to helping buyers and sellers directly, and partnered with Fulcrum to achieve that goal. Dominique, her husband, and their two children live in Montclair. In her downtime she enjoys running and is in the process of completing a half marathon in every state in the continental US.
