Morgan Brown is a transplant from Memphis, Tennessee and studied Advertising at Howard University receiving her BA in Journalism. Morgan began her real estate career at The NEVO Team of DC Real Estate as a Real Estate Assistant where she was in charge of assisting with marketing, showing, and executing rentals and listings in the District of Columbia. In 2012, she received her real estate license and became an agent for DC Real Estate selling residential properties. Working with investors and contractors, Morgan immersed herself into Washington’s real estate market gaining valuable experience with major projects and developing herself professionally.
From 2014 to 2015, Morgan returned to Memphis and worked as an Assistant Property Manager for A&B Investments where she managed properties for a local firm composed of commercial and residential units. After a year in Memphis, Morgan moved back to D.C. recognizing the endless real estate opportunities and began selling properties as an agent for Exit Elite Realty.
During her free time Morgan enjoys intramural sports such as basketball and soccer. As the oldest of seven children Morgan enjoys working with children as a camp counselor. Morgan fell in love with the city throughout the years of social immersion and milestone experiences and proudly calls the nation’s capital her second home. She has personally witnessed the revitalization of DC neighborhoods and the restoration of the historic architectural design unique only to this city.
Alan was born in San Jose, CA and raised in Syracuse, NY. He graduated from SUNY Oswego in 2012 with a joint degree in Marketing and Economics. Prior to joining Fulcrum Properties Group, Alan worked for a Member of Congress and then served as the Director of Operations at the Pretzel Bakery, right here on Capitol Hill. He plans to bring his community organization and enthusiasm to Fulcrum, helping us connect with and serve our clients and neighbors even better.
Alan and his wife Hannah have lived on Capitol Hill since 2014. They had their first date at Lola’s on Barracks Row and their wedding reception at Bluejacket in Navy Yard, a Capitol Hill couple through-and-through. They now reside in the H Street Corridor and are thrilled to be a part of such a vibrant neighborhood.
An avid fan of the Syracuse Orange, Wizards, Capitals, Tottenham Hotspur, and Yankees, Alan enjoys all things sports and plays basketball and soccer in his free time. His diet is still heavily made up of pretzels.
Virginia Edwards is a George Mason University alumna with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. A buyer specialist licensed in the state of Virginia, she is native to Northern Virginia, raised in Reston. Before joining Fulcrum she enjoyed a career with the GEICO Insurance Agency as a Homeowner’s Insurance Coach and her diverse interpersonal sales experience spans a decade. Virginia is passionate about helping clients through the home buying process and finding their ideal home utilizing her skills in listening, communicating and solution-oriented focus to serve them with knowledge and attentiveness.
Virginia lives in Alexandria with her Army veteran husband Detric and young daughter Estelle Joy. A big foodie, she enjoys cooking, living an active lifestyle and spending time with her family and in her community through outreach.

Józsi Gozner is a licensed real estate agent in Washington, D.C. and Virginia, and Buyer Specialist at Fulcrum Properties Group. Originally from Transylvania, a historical region located in central Romania, he asks that American clients and friends call him by his phonetic name, “Yo-G”. Before obtaining his license, Yo-G was no stranger to the world of real estate, and he learned the business from the outside-in when he worked his way up from a mover to Manager of Sales and Business Development at Executive Moving Systems, Inc. A favorite of Fulcrum clients for years before even joining the business, Yo-G joined Fulcrum in 2015, quickly proving himself to be a resourceful catalyst for growth on the sales team. A natural coach and mentor, Yo-G became a middle school teacher after he graduated from college in Romania. Liz Guecia is a native St. Louisan who moved to the DC Region in 2010 after graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Sociology from Missouri State University. Sherry, A U.S. Army Veteran, has lived in Northern Virginia since 1991 when she was transferred here to continue her employment as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). After retiring from a 24-year career with the FBI, Sherry moved out of the area to try life in the South but quickly found that she missed the Northern Virginia area.

Lorn Hinish is an Associate Broker with Keller Williams and the Fulcrum Group. He received his B.S. from the University of Maryland, College Park and obtained his Maryland Real Estate license in 1997. He later earned his Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law in Washington D.C. with a concentration in Real Estate.

Gene grew up in a military family and has moved many times in her life, around the US and abroad. A residential real estate developer and property manager for the last decade, Brian turned his passion for real estate in to a full time career when he obtained his license and joined Fulcrum in 2015. He originally hails from Dublin, Ireland, and spent much of his career prior to entering real estate in the world of elite competitive squash, as both a beloved coach and a player who competed at the highest levels globally. He served as a professional squash coach in the Washington area for 15 years, and simultaneously enjoyed traveling far and wide to compete, achieving a peak world ranking of 178. Brian earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from University of Wales Institute Cardiff.

Claudia grew up near Lincoln Park on Capitol Hill and now lives in the southeast side of the neighborhood with her husband and rescue dog, Oliver.

Before joining the Fulcrum team in 2015, Annie gained deep client service experience at a number of different companies, including the Sterling Corporation, a trucking and logistics firm based in Massachusetts. There, Annie managed and maintained transportation accounts for products valued in excess of $240 million. Prior to that position, Annie worked at Circles, a boutique firm that specializes in online event management and concierge services. Prior work experience took place in the non profit direct services sector, at STEP Incorporated, a drug, alcohol and violence prevention program, where Annie served as a counselor to incarcerated adults.

Prior to real estate, Chris served in the military as an architect, engineer and financial manager. Long time Alexandria residents, Chris and his wife Julie had their first date at a restaurant on King Street in Old Town followed by a stroll down to the waterfront under a full moon - Old Town is the ultimate destination for a romantic evening! Connor, their 100lb pup is big brother to two sons, Daniel and David. When not working with clients, Chris loves playing electric guitar at Metro Church and volunteering as a coach for the Naval Academy's Varsity Offshore Sailing Team.

He currently gains fulfillment through helping other agents grow into their successful careers as sales agents and operational leaders.
Ty is originally from Lubbock, TX and is a graduate of Texas Christian University. He lives on Capitol Hill with his wife, Liz, and children, Emma and Zachary.
Julie Wannamaker is a REALTOR® at Fulcrum Properties Group, representing both buyers and sellers in Virginia. Before obtaining her license, Julie was no stranger to the world of real estate, growing up in Real Estate with her dad who has been an agent for 30 years. In her 20's Julie managed her father's Real Estate Brokerage and ran a property management company, Performance Property Management based out of Colorado. Julie joined the Fulcrum team in 2017 because of their unique structure, family-like community, and the quality of service they provide to all their clients.

Lisa Welde joins Fulcrum Properties Group as the Location Leader for the Keller Williams Falls Church market center. An accomplished leader with seven years experience in the real estate industry, Lisa has helped many clients buy, sell, and rent homes in the Washington, DC area. Lisa was born and raised in Northern Virginia, and after graduating from Virginia Tech, worked in marketing and communications prior to her successful career in real estate.

Amy joins Fulcrum Properties Group as a Buyer Specialist for the newly launched Ashburn Location. As a Loudoun County native, she brings vast knowledge of the communities, housing market, commuter routes as well as entertainment and dining options. Her business model is client-focused and centered on providing the highest level of customer service throughout the entire transaction process.
Prior to becoming a Realtor®, Amy founded and successfully managed Administrative Solutions, a bookkeeping firm for local small business. Her background in finance and entrepreneurial spirit provide a solid foundation for her real estate career.
Amy resides in Leesburg, Virginia with her husband and three children. She has personal experience with New Construction, Land Purchases and Custom Home Building. In her downtime she enjoys visiting local breweries and wineries, hanging out with the family by the fire pit, and watching her kids play sports.
Dominique began her career in real estate in 2001 working for a Top 10 National Home builder. From there she moved into sales. She served as a member of the Associate Leadership Council for 4 years. She was the original Productivity Coach in the KW Metro Center-Alexandria office, coaching and consulting many agents to launch and improve their businesses all while continuing to build her own team. For the last two years she has served as the Team Leader for the KW Metro Center-Tysons office. Dominique, her husband, and two children live in Montclair. In her downtime she enjoys running and has committed to run a half marathon in every state.
